Will the Russian consulate assist me with my documents when I apply for a Russian visa?

The Russian Consulate will only issue you a visa if all the documents they require are completed correctly and submitted together. They never provide any help in acquiring any documents you may need, or in completing the application form itself.

How will I get original invitation from you? Can you send it to me by courier?

Currently we send documents through UPS only.

If you would like to use another courier service you may order it directly. Please inform us if you decided to use this option.

If you already have an international customer number of any courier service (UPS, DHL, FEDEX ect.), please inform us and we will call the courier at your expense as soon as documents will be ready.

When Visalink will start processing with my order?

Visalink endeavours to start processing with Services next business/working day after receiving of all documents and/or necessary information and due payment for Services rendered.

How to fill in the consulate application form for Russian business visa

It is essential that the Russian visa application form is filled in correctly.

The information you enter in the Russian visa application form must match that in your invitation. Please stay consistent with the visa support you have requested and been provided with.

While there exist several visa application forms (for US passport holders, for foreign nationals applying for a Russian visa in the UK, etc.) and the order and wording of the questions may vary, the information required by the Russian consulate is mostly the same in every case.
