What's included in this service

• Business Visa Preparation

  The current visa-free arrangement applies to tourism and personal stays only. Saudi nationals travelling for commercial purposes require a properly issued business visa. We advise on the complete documentation requirements — including the invitation process — for submission at the Russian Embassy in Riyadh or Consulate General in Jeddah.

• HQS Work Permit

  Saudi professionals employed by qualifying Russian entities at or above the statutory salary threshold can access the Highly Qualified Specialist route — quota-free, valid for 3 years, and processed within 14 business days.

• Standard Work Permit

  For Saudi nationals whose roles fall outside the HQS threshold, we advise the employer at every step of the quota-based work permit procedure — quota reservation, employer notifications, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs filing.

• Temporary Residence Permit (RVP)
