Article 6. Temporary residence of foreign nationals in the Russian Federation
9.Temporarily residing in the Russian Federation a foreign citizen within two months from the date of expiration of the year from the date of receipt of a temporary residence permit must personally submit the territorial agency of the federal executive authority in the field of migration at the placeobtain a temporary residence permit notice of confirmation of their residence in the Russian Federation with the application of income certificate, copies of tax return or other document confirming the amount and source of income of the foreign citizen for the next year from the date ofreceipt of a temporary residence permit.
If there are valid reasons for such notification may be filed by a foreign national at a later date, but not later than six months after the expiration of the year from the date of receipt of a temporary residence permit with the documents listed in paragraphOne of this paragraph, as well as documents proving the impossibility to submit such notification within the prescribed period.
For dereliction of duty to give notice of the confirmation of residence of foreign nationals are liable for under Article 18.8 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
10. As indicated in paragraph 9 of this article, notice shall contain the following information:
name of a foreign citizen, temporarily residing in the Russian Federation, including its name, the actual name (the latter in the presence);
place of residence of the foreigner;
place (s)work and the duration of this foreign national work during the next year from the date of receipt of a temporary residence permit;
the period of this foreign national outside the Russian Federation over the next year from the datereceipt of a temporary residence permit (with an indication of departure).
11.Receiving a notice in the territorial authority of the federal executive authority in the field of migration is carried out on presentation of a foreign national document proving his identity and are recognized by the Russian Federation in that capacity, and a temporary residence permit.
12.The requirement of submission by a foreign citizen other documents or other information other than that indicated in this article are not allowed. Form and procedure for submission of the notification shall be established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
