Visa free regime does not apply for Yugoslavian passports holders.
Thailand
Turkey - Ordinary and Service passports holders only. In case of consequent trips total amount of days spent in Russia cannot exceed 90 days in a period of 180 days.

Visa-free regime of entry to Russia for cruise ship passengers International tourists are able to stay on the territory of the Russian Federation visa-free up to 72 hours when entering Russia by ferry (large cruise ships) through the following ports: Sochi, Novorossiysk, Vladivostok, Korsakov, Kaliningrad, Vyborg, St.Petersburg.
Remarks: Only for persons travelling within an organised group. Overnight stay onboard only.
Visa-free regime of entry to Russia for air transit passengers Passengers travelling via Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport do not need a visa for a transit of less than 24 hours.
Remarks: a ticket of the relevant airline with confirmed seating for the relevant connecting flights should be held; the traveller should remain in the international area without clearing border control; passenger is not in transit to or from Belarus.
International transit passengers whose transfer requires their stay at Sheremetyevo Airport more than 24 hours, can obtain a Russian transit visa at the airport upon presentation of their connecting flight tickets and valid passports.
