I want to get Russian tourist visa. Do I need to know my exact dates of entry/exit?

No. You should provide us with the earliest date of entry and latest date of exit from Russia. You are then free to enter and leave the country at any time within those dates. You must make sure that the dates are no more than 30 days apart, though.

How much is the total cost of the Russian visa?

Please note that you should expect the charges for Russian visas to be made up from the following:

Invitation (for Russian business or Russian tourist visa provided by Visalink)
Consulate fee (check at the local Russian Consulate)
Visa centre fee (if applicable)
Delivery fees (if applicable)
