FAQ

Should I send any documents to you?

You do not need to send any documents to us. All necessary information is collected through our online order form. This makes the process much easier and faster for you. When you apply for the visa itself (after you have obtained a visa invitation), however, you will need to send your passport directly to the Russian embassy or Consulate.

Where should I register my visa?

If you are staying in a hotel, they will register your visa upon arrival. However, if you are not staying in hotel accommodation, please visit our offices with your visa, passport and migration card, or alternatively send copies by fax or e-mail to our office and pay on-line. It is essential that this is done within 3 business days after your arrival in the Russian Federation.
